Founded in 2016, the mission of TKC Adventures is to connect members of the community through a range of free/low-cost outdoor health and wellbeing events, and remind people that no matter what struggles or difficulties they may be facing, there is always support, friendship, and a listening ear available to them if they reach out.

Are you looking for a fun way to connect and build deeper relationships with your friends and family?

Created by The Kindness Collective, Listen Up™ is a unique conversational board game that tests your listening skills and inspires deeper connections between friends and family. While we do not have any of our own psychology or counselling services, we encourage you to reach out to some of the great organisations on this extensive list if you are going through a difficult time and looking for an understanding and empathetic ear. You will also find links to a range of Sunshine Coast-based services and community groups through The Alliance for Suicide Prevention.
